今年創業100周年を迎える米沢牛黄木。
　単なる米沢牛の販売、飲食で終わることなく、米沢を代表する食の一つ「米沢牛」と米沢の農作物を組み合わせて、国内そして世界へと発信していこうと挑戦する取組だけではなく、「米沢、日本の農を守ろう！！」とする思いから、生産者がこだわりをもって作っている作物を、率先して使用するなどの点が高く評価されました。

Oki’s Yonezawa Beef: "Make Important Moments Even More Delicious"
This year marks the 100th anniversary of Yonezawa Beef Oki. Their efforts go beyond simply selling Yonezawa beef and food; they have taken on the challenge of combining Yonezawa’s representative food, "Yonezawa beef," with local agricultural products and promoting them both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, their strong commitment to the idea of "Protecting Japanese agriculture through Yonezawa!" was highly praised. They have actively chosen to use crops produced by local farmers who take great pride in their work, showcasing their dedication to supporting the community and agricultural heritage.

　たった一度の旅行をきっかけに南原地区に移住して20年以上。
　米沢に脈々と引き継がれてきた里山の暮らしを、自分自身が最も楽しむ形で広く内外に発信し続けていることに加え、この里山には小さな子どもからお年寄りまで多くの人たちが集い、地域のコミュニティ形成の中心にもなって周囲に大きな影響を与えていることが評価されました。
　里山ソムリエは2019年に続き、2回目のエントリーでの選出となります。

Living in the Forest - (SDGs) Lifestyle from a Historic Satoyama　　
Over 20 years since moving to the Minamihara area, inspired by a single trip.Having embraced the way of life in the satoyama (village woodland) that has been passed down through generations in Yonezawa, author Kuroda-san continues to widely share the way of life in the satoyama, which has been passed down through generations in Yonezawa, in the way that she herself enjoys most, both locally and internationally. In addition to this, the satoyama has become a gathering place for many people, from young children to the elderly, and has played a central role in forming the local community, exerting a significant influence on the surrounding area.This marks the second selection for Satoyama Sommelier, following the first in 2019.

　障がいがあっても”好きな車に乗りたい”という願いを叶えるため、お客様一人ひとりの状態に合わせた内容で車両を改造することで、市販の福祉車両では対応しきれないニーズに応え、多くの我慢を強いられている障がい者の方々の希望となっています。
　さらに、この取組が障がい者の社会進出だけではなく、介助者の負担軽減にもつながっていることなど、社会課題の解決にも寄与されている点が高く評価されました。
　福祉車両専門店らぷれすは、昨年に引き続き2回目のエントリーでの選出となります。

　山形県南の玄関口である米沢市に立地していることから、ゲートウェイ機能を有した道の駅として、観光案内所への観光コンシェルジュを常駐させ、米沢に留まらず、置賜を中心とした県内各地の情報発信拠点となっています。
　また、SNSを通じて県の魅力を全国に広く発信することにより、道の駅人気ランキングでもトップ10入りを続けています。
　さらに、地元農産物の直売所や、多彩なメニューを揃えた飲食ブースに加え、観光施設や店舗の情報を載せた「まちナビカード」を利用した米沢市内への誘引などにも努めている点が評価されました。
　道の駅米沢は、2021年の「米沢牛オーダーカットステーキ、米沢牛刺身」に続き、2つ目の選出となります。

　家族経営で123年の歴史が紡がれてきた今野味噌醤油醸造店。
　「初代から受け継がれてきた”醸し”と呼ばれる伝統技術を継承し次世代につなげたい」との思いが、丸大豆無添加醤油「壱」開発のきっかけとなっています。
　伝統の継承に当たり、守りに入らず深掘りすることの重要性に着目し、製品や自社の見直しにも取り組んでいることが、結果的に自身におけるシビックプライドの高揚にもつながっている点が高く評価されました。

Two-Year Aged Wooden Barrel-Brewed Unseasoned Soy Sauce 'Ichi'
The Konno Miso Soy Sauce Brewery is a family-run business with a history spanning 123 years. The development of “Ichi,” a soy sauce made from whole soybeans without additives, was inspired by the desire to pass on the traditional brewing techniques handed down from the first generation to the next generation. In their commitment to preserving tradition, they focused on the importance of not just maintaining but deeply exploring and improving their craft. Their efforts to re-evaluate their products and their company have resulted in a heightened sense of civic pride, which has been highly praised.
